These terms govern your use of InventoryIQ (“the App”), operated under the trading name InventoryIQ. By installing or using the App you agree to them.
The service
InventoryIQ helps Shopify merchants track batch/expiry data and recover at-risk revenue through alerts and flash-sale discounts. Features depend on your plan.
Plans & billing
- Free — permanently free: track up to 1 batch and receive one weekly expiry digest to the store owner.
- Pro — $5/month — unlimited batches and daily, configurable alerts. Billed from day one through Shopify’s Billing API (no separate payment method required). There is no free trial.
You can cancel Pro at any time using the “Downgrade to Free” action in the app’s Settings, or by uninstalling the App. Cancellation stops future charges; Shopify governs any proration.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access other merchants’ data, or use it to violate applicable laws (including batch-traceability and consumer-protection rules relevant to your products).
Data
Your use of data through the App is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer & liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. InventoryIQ provides recommendations and tooling but does not guarantee revenue recovery or regulatory compliance for your products — you remain responsible for your inventory decisions and legal obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the preceding month.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
